What will be deducted from my price at the closing?

Bellaire Investment Group  will pay all customary closing costs associated with the sale. All you will be responsible for paying for is the prorated portion of the county property taxes, the remaining mortgage balance and any other present liens on the property (if any).

If I agree to a price with Bellaire Investment Group, LLC, how do I get a contract, and how long do I have to decide if I want to sell it?

We can get the contract to you in whatever way is easiest for you: email, digitally via docusign,fax,  in person courier delivery, or overnight by FedEx or usps delivery. Generally, we give 4-5 Days to accept the contract that was given to you, however we can make arrangements for our owners that need more time due to extenuating circumstances.

How do I get paid at closing?

By certified funds, bank check, or money wire.
